Gaffer knows a great person when he meets one. Although he wasn’t expecting to find one in a dive bar on a chilly afternoon in Tampa Bay, Florida. As Bruce Springstein played in the background, Chuck and Gaffer got talking. Chuck was getting bored of his life as an accounting manager and wanted to do something more exciting. Gaffer was becoming increasingly frustrated with Earth and wanted to build a team to go to Mars. And voila! After 5 Bud Lights and some spicy chicken wings, Chuck became Gaffer’s community manager.
